By accessing the àrà Lookbook website, mobile applications (iOS & Android), or associated API services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Public Viewing & Personal Use

The àrà Lookbook is offered as a public visual archive. You are welcome to view, reference, and share direct look links for personal, editorial, and inspirational purposes. Commercial reproduction without attribution, unauthorized resale, or automated mass scraping is strictly prohibited.

3. Curator Submissions & Intellectual Property

Curators retain full moral and copyright ownership of their uploaded photographic monographs. By submitting looks to àrà, curators grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, archive, format, and attribute the work within the catalogue and social preview cards.

4. Moderation & Editorial Verification

All community and curator submissions are subject to editorial verification (PENDING_REVIEW status) before publication to preserve craftsmanship integrity and cultural authenticity. àrà reserves the right to unpublish looks that do not meet curation standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. àrà shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or inability to access the service.
