1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All garments, textile patterns, and photographs documented in àrà monographs remain the intellectual property of their original creators, designers, and ateliers. The archive serves to document and celebrate these works with proper attribution.
2. Submitting a Takedown or Attribution Notice
If you believe your original creation or photograph appears in the archive without your consent or with incorrect attribution, please email our legal team at:

Please include: (a) URL or monograph ID of the disputed item, (b) proof of ownership or agency, and (c) preferred resolution (correct attribution or immediate unpublishing).
3. Response Timeline
Our moderation team reviews all intellectual property inquiries within 48 business hours and will promptly unpublish or rectify the requested monograph.
